ELWO Engineering successfully delivered a comprehensive modernization project focused on improving dust extraction and emission control systems within an industrial facility.The scope of work included the modernization of extractor units serving Distribution Station #2, Transfer Station #12, and associated electrostatic precipitators. A complete modernization of ESP 01.453 was carried out to restore and enhance its operational performance. In addition, the rapping system and discharge electrodes of ESP 02.162 were upgraded, while repair works on ESP 02.088 ensured reliable continued operation.Further improvements involved the modernization of silo unloading equipment, as well as the replacement and optimization of piping and extraction hoods in Transfer Station #12, resulting in improved dust capture efficiency and system reliability.The project was delivered as a complete solution, including equipment deliveries, on-site erection, and final commissioning. All systems were successfully brought into operation in accordance with operational and environmental requirements.
